1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Management

You may be required to submit identity documents — such as a government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership — before withdrawals are processed or at any other time phfun24 deems appropriate. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

3.2 Account Suspension and Closure

phfun24 reserves the right to suspend or close any account with or without prior notice in cases including but not limited to: breach of these Terms and Conditions; suspected fraud, collusion, or match-fixing; failure to pass identity verification; irregular betting patterns suggesting automated or prohibited activity; or at phfun24's reasonable discretion for business purposes. Where an account is closed due to your breach of these terms, phfun24 may withhold pending balances subject to investigation.

3.3 Account Currency

All phfun24 accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP ₱). Deposits, withdrawals, bets, winnings, bonuses, and cashback are all processed in PHP. No currency conversion is performed by phfun24. Any conversion costs incurred through your payment provider are your responsibility.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Minimum Deposit

5.4 Errors in Odds

5.5 Void Bets

A bet may be voided in circumstances including: event cancellation, walkover, or postponement beyond the applicable settlement period; abandonment before sufficient play for a valid result; technical error; suspected match-fixing; or any other circumstance described in the product-specific rules. Voided bets have stakes returned to the player's account balance.

5.6 Settlement

6 Bonuses and Promotions

The phfun24 VIP Club is a five-tier loyalty programme (Member, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Elite) available to all registered and verified phfun24 accounts. Tier qualification is assessed on a rolling monthly basis based on combined betting activity across all eligible phfun24 products. VIP Club benefits — including weekly cashback, priority withdrawal processing, dedicated account manager access, and tier-specific bonus offers — are governed by these Terms and Conditions together with the specific terms published in the VIP Club section. Weekly cashback is calculated on net losses within each weekly qualifying period and credited to your account balance in PHP at the start of the following week. Cashback is credited as real PHP balance, not as restricted bonus funds, unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

Tier status may be downgraded if qualifying activity falls below the threshold for the current tier during a review period. A grace period applies before downgrade takes effect. 8 Responsible Gaming

• Using phfun24 if you are under 21 years of age
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to access or interact with phfun24
• Engaging in, facilitating, or benefiting from match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any manipulation of sporting events
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to obtain an unfair advantage

• Using payment methods not registered in your own name

phfun24 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct and to take appropriate action including account suspension, fund forfeiture, and legal action where warranted.

10 Intellectual Property

All content, software, design, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property on phfun24.best are the property of phfun24 or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting activity in accordance with these terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any phfun24 content without prior written consent.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phfun24 shall not be liable for: indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses; loss of profits or anticipated winnings; loss of data; interruption of betting activity due to technical failure; or any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the platform. phfun24's total liability to you in any circumstances shall not exceed the balance of real-money funds in your phfun24 account at the time of the relevant event.

Nothing in these terms limits phfun24's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

12 Privacy and Data

13 Amendments to These Terms

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of phfun24 shall first be submitted to phfun24's internal dispute resolution process by contacting phfun24 support.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process within a reasonable period, either party may refer the matter to the competent courts of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the internal process.

phfun24's decisions on bet settlement, account suspension for breach of these terms, and bonus forfeiture following confirmed abuse are final once the relevant investigation process has concluded, subject to applicable Philippine consumer protection law.
